Christopher Bradley brings over 20 years of experience as a consultant, investment banker, operator, and principal investor (spanning the angel, venture capital, private equity, and SPAC asset classes). He is currently a Managing Director at Mistral Equity Partners, a middle market consumer-focused growth and buyout private equity fund; the Chief Financial Officer of Haymaker Acquisition Corp II [NASDAQ:HYAC] where he leads deal origination, negotiation, diligence, and execution; and a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the Beacon Consumer Incubator Fund, a consumer technology venture capital fund. In addition to these roles he currently serves on the boards of Creminelli Fine Meats, a privately held premium-priced charcuterie wholesaler; and The Lovesac Company, Inc. [NASDAQ: LOVE] a branded omni-channel retailer of technology-forward furniture. He formerly served on the board of Jamba, Inc. [NASDAQ: JMBA]; Country Pure Foods; Bout Time Wine LLC; and XpresSpa [NASDAQ:XSPA]. Prior to Mistral, Mr. Bradley served as an investment banker at Banc of America Securities, a Manager in Burger King’s strategy group, and a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers strategy consulting practice. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Haymaker I and co-led Haymaker I’s merger with OneSpaWorld in March 2019 [NASDAQ:OSW]. He holds an MBA from The Harvard Business School and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Chicago, where he majored in philosophy and economics.
