Eric Gomberg heads the SPAC investment banking team at Odeon Capital Group. Prior to Odeon, Mr. Gomberg was the Founder and Portfolio Manager of Dane Capital Management, a fundamental value/special-situations hedge fund, with a focus on SPACs. From 1997 to 2007, Mr. Gomberg was a sell-side analyst, including 8 years at Thomas Weisel Partners, where he was Managing Director and Senior Semiconductor Analyst. Mr. Gomberg began his Wall Street career in investment banking at Cowen & Company. Mr. Gomberg has extensively written and been interviewed about SPACs. Mr. Gomberg earned a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
