Michael Bartels is Vice President of Listing Services for Nasdaq. In this role, he leads the exchange’s efforts for SPAC listings in addition to contributing to the strategic direction and corporate development efforts for the Listings Services business unit. Since joining Nasdaq in 2006, he has worked with and guided hundreds of companies and their legal and financial advisors through the listing process. Michael holds a Bachelors and Masters of Finance from Bentley College.
