Marc specializes in working with SEC registrants and has served as audit partner for several Fortune 1000 multinational companies for a majority of his career. He has a vast knowledge of debt and equity offerings, SEC filings and private placements raising in excess of $10 billion and the accounting for business combinations as his clients have completed over 300 acquisitions. Marc leads Withum’s Risk Advisory Service Group specializing in Sarbanes Oxley, internal audit and process improvements. He also provides accounting, auditing and consulting services to mid-market private companies in professional services, manufacturing, technology and life sciences.
