Joe’s experience spans across the buyside and sell-side where he has also been a six-time SPAC sponsor and has led and/or invested in several PIPE transactions. His previous experience includes Mistral Equity Partners, Lazard, and Bank of America. Mr. Tonnos received his B.S. and M.B.A. from Niagara University.
