Vik Mittal
Vik Mittal is the Managing Member of Meteora. Over Vik’s 19+ years on the buy-side as a principal investor, he has deployed capital across event driven investment strategies ranging from converts, structured financings, SPACs, high-yield/loans. Vik was the sole portfolio manager responsible for Glazer Capital’s public and private market-oriented SPAC portfolio from 2009 through year-end 2021.
Prior to transitioning to the buy side, Vik was part of the founding team that launched Raymond James’ TMT investment banking practice in Palo Alto, CA focusing on mid-market M&A and private placements. Vik earned a B.S. in Finance from University of Florida, summa cum laude, and earned an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business. Vik is also a CFA Charterholder.
