Mark Solovy started and co-heads the technology and tech-enabled business services finance group as well as the SPAC group at Monroe Capital, a private credit asset management firm with $9 billion of committed and managed capital. Monroe specializes in direct lending, opportunistic private credit investing, and equity co-investments. Last year, Monroe Capital co-sponsored Thunder Bridge Acquisition, Ltd. and supported its successful business combination with Repay Holdings Corporation. Monroe also co-sponsored Thunder Bridge Acquisition II, Ltd.
