Katrina Nacci is a cross-border accounting expert with over a decade of experience in US-Europe transactions (fundraising, IPO, M&A). She began her career in audit at PwC Boston before moving to Frankfurt and later Dubai, advising on IPOs, M&A, and GAAP conversions. She also built the European finance function for a North American PE firm. Now an independent advisor, she helps companies navigate US GAAP, IFRS, and SPAC reporting complexities from Europe into the US.
