What you should know about our plans related to Covid-19
We created this webpage to address questions and concerns about any impact Covid-19 may have on The SPAC Conference. With this in mind, below are a few things you should know about the upcoming event.
The Conference in New York
We are committed to providing a safe environment for in-person education and networking. We fully intend to conduct The SPAC Conference in New York on February 11, 2021.
Since we expect a large turnout, we have obtained all the available networking and event space at the Crowne Plaza. This includes 2 floors of event space. In addition to the general session room, if necessary, we will conduct breakout sessions and offer additional meeting and networking space to comply with CDC and local government social distancing guidelines.
In addition, we will abide by all CDC and local government guidelines on the use of PPE/masks and sanitizing stations, and we will follow current best practices including disinfecting surfaces, requiring temperature checks, providing socially distant dining, and in general, doing all that we can to create a safe environment.
In addition to the live event, we will be offering a Livestream of The SPAC Conference to attendees unable to participate in person or otherwise reluctant to participate in person. If you are interested in the Livestream option, you will still need to register for the event as a paid attendee.
Our Refund Policy
We have a 100% money-back guarantee.
If for any reason we are unable to conduct the event, or if for any reason you choose not to attend the event, we will refund 100% of your attendance fee – no questions asked.
If you decide to cancel your registration, you must do so at least 72 hours prior to the event, since we need to confirm the final headcount with the Crowne Plaza. You can submit a cancellation request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
