Mr. Rosenfeld is a resident of New York and he is the CEO of Allegro Merger Corp., the 6th SPAC for which he has been CEO. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Crescendo Partners, L.P., a New York based investment firm, where he has been since its formation in November 1998. Prior to forming Crescendo Partners, he held the position of Managing Director at CIBC Oppenheimer and its predecessor company Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. for 14 years. Mr. Rosenfeld currently serves as lead director for Cott Corporation, a water, coffee, tea and filtration service company and is on the board of CPI Aero (Chairman Emeritus), a company engaged in the contract production of structural aircraft parts.
